There are no dump files; please navigate to c:/windows/minidump and zip up the .dmp files and attach them to your next post. Thanks for filling in your system specs.

Looking at your perfmon report, I suggest that you run a test of your hard drive. Run CHKDSK /R /F from an elevated (Run as adminstrator) Command Prompt. Please do this for each hard drive on your system.
When it tells you it can't do it right now - and asks you if you'd like to do it at the next reboot - answer Y (for Yes) and press Enter. Then reboot and let the test run.

Hi, thanks for the quick response ...

"Run CHKDSK /R /F from an elevated (Run as adminstrator) Command Prompt"

How do I run this from an elevated?

Right click on Command Prompt and click on "Run as administrator". If the UAC box pops up, answer "Yes" Then enter the command, CHKDSK /R /F, at the prompt and press Enter. I will look at your dumps.

    STOP 0x0000000A: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Usual causes: Kernel mode driver, System Service, BIOS, Windows, Virus scanner, Backup tool, compatibility
This is a hardware/hardware related problem. We will troubleshoot by process of elimination. The dump points at memory corruption as the cause. This can be caused by bad RAM, corrupted or out of date drivers, incompatible software or hardware, etc.

    IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
    Arguments:
    Arg1: fffff6800011fdd8, memory referenced
    Arg2: 0000000000000000, IRQL
    Arg3: 0000000000000000, bitfield :
        bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: fffff80002ae41e2, address which referenced memory

To start your troubleshooting, I recommend that you uninstall AVG using this tool > Info > Tool (32bit) - Tool (64 bit) If you have AVG Identiy Protection installed, uninstall it also using this tool >Info > Tool AVG is known to cause crashes on some Win 7 systems. Download and install Microsoft Security Essentials and make sure Windows Firewall is turned on.

Enable Driver Verifier and let it run for 36 hours or until you get a BSOD. Upload that mini dump.

Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

    Post back and update us.

I found out of date drivers on your system. Win 7 does not like older drivers and they can cause conflicts, memory corruption and crashes. Update the driver below.
    snapman.sys Thu Nov 22 03:19:33 2007
    tdrpman.sys Mon Nov 12 08:36:33 2007
    tifsfilt.sys Wed Aug 29 08:37:29 2007
    timntr.sys Wed Aug 29 08:38:23 2007
snapman.sys is a driver for Acronis Snapshot API or Apricorn Snapshot API belongs to the software Acronis Snapshots Manager or Acronis True Image Home or Seagate DiscWizard or Acronis True Image Workstation by Acronis (www.acronis.com) or Apricorn. Your version is obsolete. Uninstall this version and install the latest version.

tdrpman.sys is a driver for Acronis Try&Decide and Restore Points Volume Filter Driver belongs to the software Acronis Try&Decide and Restore Points filter by Acronis (www.acronis.com). Again uninstall this software and install the latest version. The other two drivers also belong to this software.

These obsolete drivers could well be the cause of your crash.

    Hi there thanks for assistance,

I have followed exactly the steps you have told me... After I have enable driver verifier and when I restart my PC, straight away i hit blue screen. Restart again and same things happened. Attached are the two DMP file.

Looks like Acronis TrueImage is causing it. Try updating to the latest 2010 version, removing it completely if that doesn't fix it.
