Greetings fellas.

I have recently bought the computer Asus U36SD with i5 2410 sandy bridge, 500 gigs hdd, 4 gigs of ram and Nvidia GT520.

Got tired of the harddisk and wanted to try something new by installing OCZ Vertex 3 120GB SSD on it. It seemed to work well until I got random reboots, and the system freezes for like 1-2 minutes pretty often. When you see it freezes, you see the HDD indicator isn't flashing, it's just a light like it's working its ass off. This happens when the computer is running on battery and not when it's charging (strange though).

I have as well, tried to reinstall the system with an other Windows 7 system, without any luck. I also changed the SSD by an other brand new SSD from the store where I bought it, but it didn't solve the problem either.

After some looking in the logs, I found that it was en "Event ID 41"-error code that causes the random reboots, if it's related to the random freezes aswell, I have no idea.

Google suggested that I should update the BIOS, done but with no luck. They also suggested that I should update my drivers and so on, I did that too, but I still got the same problem.

Event ID 41 also seem to be a very known problem, but I didn't find any fix for it. And yes, these problems only appeared when I installed the SSD, so I think the SSD is the main problem, but I know the computer supports SSD, since it also can be bought with SSD.

I have Windows 7 x64 Ultimate

So, is there any of you that could help me solve this problem? I would really like fix this computer.. :)
