blue screen when resuming from sleep

    You can't take a snapshot outside Windows in the disk check environment. You could take a picture and turn off the flash of your digital camera. There is a better way to find and provide the disk check log: Check Disk (chkdsk) - Read Event Viewer Log

    thank you very much for ur help! Sincerely but the problem is ok now cause i changed the number of processors i used to boot and now the bsod doesnt appear thanks alot for helping a noob like me!

    That could mean one of three things:
    1. You have Windows or your BIOS configured incorrectly

    2. You have a bad CPU

    3. You have a bad install of Windows

    You can always do a clean install of Windows 7 to find out. Clean Install Windows 7

    Up to you whether you are satisfied with how things are working at the moment.
