updated bios...still got a few BCCode 1e this morning.

Wil run the memtest and check disk etc tests over next few days. How do I make sure it is not my cpu?

It will sometimes crash and then not post and just hang until i power down and power up.

running a utility that came with motherboard called PCProbe...it monitors voltages heat etc.

MY CPU fan is running at 3500 rpm aprox and power fan at 600 rpm....all the rest seem normal could this mean anything?

There are some hardware checks for the CPU.

Those fan speeds are probably normal and nothing to be concerned with unless you are having temperature related problems. The above steps should help to determine whether temperature is an issue.
