The logs point to your USB drivers again, please follow these steps:
The drivers should now be automatically be reconfigured by Windows upon reboot.
- Start> Then Type Device Manager
- Expand Universal Serial Bus Controllers
- Uninstall drivers (for every listed device, do not delete)
- Reboot the computer
If you are using any USB devices, then remove these from the USB ports (leave keyboard and mouse),
update all the devices with the latest drivers, including the mouse and keyboard if applicable.
Follow this tutorial and Turn off USB Suspension:
Turn off USB Selective Suspend
