Here is a new one a I plug an USB thumb drive,

    Signature du problème*:
    Nom d’événement de problème: BlueScreen
    Version du système: 6.1.7600.2.1.0.256.1
    Identificateur de paramètres régionaux: 3084

    Informations supplémentaires sur le problème*:
    BCCode: c9
    BCP1: 0000000000000224
    BCP2: FFFFF880022266AC
    BCP3: FFFFF9801B064A20
    BCP4: 0000000000000001
    OS Version: 6_1_7600
    Service Pack: 1_0
    Product: 256_1

Now, can you tell me some sort of possibilities, I will remove Alcohol and recheck hardware connections, scan for viruses/trojan with Microsoft Security Essentials...

    Should I consider a BIOS upgrade? a Memtest86+ ?

Or do we have another software or another way to get the infos in the minidump?

Can you upload your msinfo32.nfo file in English please, thanks.

Right, the dump indicates the driver fltsrv.sys is responsible.
It is the Acronis Storage Filter Management Driver.
You can try updating it here

Backup software for data backup and disaster recovery in Windows and Linux - Acronis

Please create a restore point before altering drivers as we can bring the system back if things get worse, follow these instructions

    System Restore Point - Create

You can try running memtest86 if the driver update doesn't solve the issue.
Make sure you run it for at least 8 passes.

Right now I just can't insert a USB drive into any slots it gives a BSOD instantly...

I'm removing Acronis completly I will make sure that the fltsrv.sys will be removed...

For the msinfo32.nfo, how can I get it in English??? As my system is in french?

But if you tell me what you want maybe I can translate...

And can you suggest me a good free software to check out and repair the registry... (I tested WinThruster, just for scanning, but it can't correct all error in it's free edition)

So, after the removal of acronis using the standard add/remove software in W7 AND with the ''cleaner'' sfot provided by Acronis, no more BSOD (0x000000C9)...

I will try using the PC if my other BSOD (0X000000E1 and D1)...

Do you know if there away to get the msinfo32.nfo in english with my french versio0n of W7...?

And do you know a good backup software (which I can use a bootable media to backup/restore) with a better reputation about BSOD?

    thanks in advance...

Oh, and by the way I ran a memtest (okay I did'nt had the time for 8 passes, but 3 passes with no errors and G-Skills ramsticks are highly reliable, so it is not my first suspects. But just to be sure I will try to find some time for 8 passes...

And for an SSD is it recommanded to do a checkdisk?

    That's good news :)

If your PC is working fine then there is no need to run a disk check or anything.

    Just keep us posted.

    So now it is removed...

But why, if Alcohol is the culprit, I have thoses BSOD now and not earlier... My system is working for about 1,5 years and Alcohol is installed from the beginning...

    Could it be easily corrupted?

And talking about corruption, is the minidump is OKAY?

We are unsure why they cause BSODs but they do.
As for the dump files, it is corrupt.
It cannot find any image names at all.

Can you tell me what do you use to access theses files, So i can try to access it before sending you corrupted files which are useless...
