BSOD Stop 0x124, No new hardware, no HD or RAM test issues
Hey all,
So while the logs show this seems to have happened a few times in the past I don't recall (maybe while a roommate was on my comp) over the past week my computer has been very unreliable. I notice it most often when doing things graphic intensive (swtor, dota2, watching videos) and it hasn't happened while idle on desktop. Reinstalled video drivers, did a memtest and a HDD test, no errors found. At one point did a system restore to a recent point prior to the issue, still with no luck. I already have a new computer on order but if I can salvage this one I'd like to.
I do live right next to new arena construction and so dust is an ongoing concern. I have went to town on my rig with compressed air so I don't think it's a current issue but I can't discount it as being a potential initial cause of the issue.
Error number I managed to grab was:
0x00000124 (0x0000000000000000, 0xFFFFFA800770C028, 0x00000000B6602000, 0x0000000034000135)
This was on my most recent crash. No idea if it matches the others.
About a third of the time the system doesn't blue screen, it just flickers and begins reloading windows. I don't think those time are represented in the dump filed as it'd be quite a bit longer.
Any help is much appreciated.
Thanks!
