Ensure Windows is updated, then reboot and update your Acronis installation:Code:****************************************************************************** * * * Bugcheck Analysis * * * ******************************************************************************* Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information. The new .zip file doesn't have any .dmp files......
The only thing I see in your eventlog is this....
Remove that USB drive from the system, and then do this:Code:Event[59081]: Log Name: System Source: Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-PnP Date: 2015-04-13T10:09:10.229 Event ID: 219 Task: N/A Level: Warning Opcode: Info Keyword: N/A User: S-1-5-18 User Name: NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM Computer: Larry-PC Description: The driver \Driver\WUDFRd failed to load for the device WpdBusEnumRoot\UMB\2&37c186b&0&STORAGE#VOLUME#_??_USBSTOR#DISK&VEN_CLIKFREE&PROD_BACKUP_DRIVE&REV_0.11#201101070304133A&1#
Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.
Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable
Driver Verifier will cause your computer to run very sluggishly - this is normal. What it is trying to do is force your system to BSOD and isolate the offending driver/s. When it does, reboot, disable driver verifier, reboot as normal and upload the new dmp file/s here.
I recommend creating a system restore point before turning on driver verifier:
System Restore Point - Create
If your system fails to boot to desktop once driver verifier is enabled, turn it off by booting into Safe Mode:
Safe Mode
running test today
Ok ran driver verifier. Crashed right away lol. Please find the new zip file of logs for your review.
Unfortunately a .dmp file wasn't able to be generated....do you recall the bugcheck code that was displayed?
Made system crash 4 times...no bsod mini dump files are being created. What could be cause the dump log not to generate or is some program deleting the files on start up.
I have disable ccleaner from monitoring and also unchecked mini dumps and event logs. I have also uninstalled Glary from pc in-case it was erasing the logs. Still cant get bsod logs.
Anyhow here is the new zip file
