    0x000003B problem

    Hi Golden

    we have the same problem with 0x000003B , Lenovo M73 ( not E ) , Win7 64Bit SP1 and NOD32 anti-virus

I have downloaded sat2 minidump and have a look by using bluescreenview
and I found out that I have that same error with him

I am wondering what tools you are using to check the result to find out that "ehdrv.sys" cause the problem ?
so that I can also have a look to my minidump to confirm it ?

This 0x000003B problem should be come after the latest windows update ....
two computer is still testing the problem in our office , one with NOD32 version 9 , and one without NOD32

    Thanks so much

    Regards,
    Kenny

    For each Pc, do this:

    1. Download the DM Log Collector application to your desktop by clicking the link below

    DM Log Collector.exe

    2. Run it by double-clicking the icon on your desktop, and follow the prompts.
    3. Locate the .ZIP file that is created on your desktop, and upload it here in your next reply.

Check that the network drivers are up-to-date. If they are, and the BSOD persist, replace ESET with MSE and monitor for further BSOD's.
