    Please don't forget this :)
You might want to consider a repair install to see if that fixes things

Sounds like a need a disc to successfully complete a Repair Install, correct? This computer came with Windows 7 loaded on it and I just have the product key.

Oh my goodness this is all so confusing for me. If I can ever get this thing to boot into BIOS can we fix from there? There was no other way to troubleshoot? Even with the Health status on the HDTune thing? I noticed there was a highlighted line on there.

This problem probably has occured to many others, but it is the first time I see it happening anywhere so I'm just trying some things to see if it helps anywhere.

My subconscious is telling me that there is a small problem with your motherboard that is causing the problem, if you have problems with booting into the BIOS it might be a small part of the motherboard that is defect. Unfortunately the only way to test the mainboard is to replace it.
I'm suggesting a repair install because I'm not listening to it

So get this, I did a complete system restore yesterday. I haven't had the desktop on too much since I did it but I did notice an instance where the BSOD came up and said "Internal Power Error." I'm thinking your subconscious is right and that a part of my hardware has gone bad.
