Frequent BSOD
I recently upgraded my system to Windows 7. According to the upgrade advisor the system should be completely compatible, but it frequently crashes (usually after about ten minutes of being on) even if it's just idle. There doesn't seem to be any method to the madness either as nothing in particular seems to trigger it. I've tried doing a couple of clean installs of the OS, but the problem always comes back. The small amount of research I have attempted to do indicates that it's an issue with the video card, however I've upgraded to the 9.11 legacy ATI drivers (I have an ATI Mobility Radeon X1400) using mobility modder. All other drivers appear to be up to date, at least according to Driver Genius. I've tried diagnosing the problem for several hours but still haven't had any luck. When I try and check the minidump it seems like the debugger won't load the entire file. I don't really know what's going on but it's driving me nuts. I'd like to upload the .dmp files, but apparently I don't know how to do that.
