BSOD and randon freeze

Ok so I thought my next post would be to say that everything was going fine, but alas not.

I installed the Daniel's Support pack 2.0.

I also ran Memory Diagnosis and found that one of my sticks of ram was coming up with errors so removed it. Everyting was going fine until yesterday when there was a crash and memory dump. File attached;
