Hero on Vista Site

I was looking at the Vista site for info about DreamScene, that's another thread, but on the main page is this picture and it looks so odd, like, what's with that guy's arm/hand? It's totally shooped, it looks like it's a woman's hand just planted there holding up his head. They also named the file 'hero_wvsp1_text.jpg'

Yeah, it really doesn't look like his arm/hand from the angle of it coming from below and in holding his face. And it does look like a female arm. That is disturbing, in multiple ways.

Hi yall has anyone installed and played GH3 successfully for windows 7? I heard there were issues for it, but my copy hasnt came thru the snail mail yet so I kinda wanna get a feel for what I'll be dealing with once I get the game. Cheers!
