HELP!! Keeps RESTARTING...!!! no bsod..

Guys help me :O my computer keeps restarting randomly... its custom built. no heat issue... all low. i recently just clean installed again so now problems with that.. virus scan no virus... please help! no bsod... tho and event viewer saids event 41. its not overclocked..

How many of the Troubleshooting steps have you worked through yet? Normally this is an interactive process where we get feedback and then have even more steps. You've shown no progress in even starting with the steps.
 
I didn't do memtest yet but i did hd test and everything else.. and its fine my temperatures are fine max is 50. all my device drivers are up to date

i ran malwarebytes and microsoft security essentials no problems and ill run memtest

Swap your RAM sticks, test them thoroughly for 5-6 passes to test both sticks and slots.

If this fails to help, reinstall your video card. Try all previous drivers including Vista. Try another card.
