Solved Pc keeps randomly crashing (BSOD)

Hi, I have this issue for a long time, after some help they said I needed to reinstall my os (system was completly corrupt), did so but when I installed the basic drivers and programs (Chrome, graphics card driver,steam,...) my pc crashes again out of nowhere. This happens mostly when a game is open, even without playing it it keeps crashing. I tried the sfc/scannow command but found no issues. A hard drive test and memory test were all positive.

Thanks for the quick reply but i really don't know where that could come from. Maybe from DLL files fixer (and yes it was pirated)wich got removed just before making the DM log. Do I have to remove it from the hosts file?

Would be almost required yes as it is an easy way to crack again while troubleshooting what would force me to stop helping, we are not allowed to help with cracked stuff on the system and cracked software makes it difficult to determine the cause.

So I just removed these lines in the hosts file but I don't know what you mean with "crack again"? (you can give a translation in dutch if that's allowed) And now i'm sure there isn't any cracked software on my pc. Also gave an updated DM log in case you could use it.

With crack again, I mean if you wanted to pirate something again you could do that real quick.

I can't say, I don't know what you have cracked and modified.
When you think the pirated stuff is removed, please run the DM Log Collector tool again and upload the new zip, so no mistakes about it will be made

Here you have the new DM log. And I jus realized that the crashes were also happening before the cracked software so they can't be related to it. (download dll files fixer to fix the crashes)

It is not about pirated stuff being related with the crashes, but about stability.
Pirated stuff contains modified code which causes the system to behave in unexpected ways, analysing with pirated stuff is unreliable and most analysts won't try it.

Please uninstall everything of Nvidia using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from Nvidia. Be sure the clean install box is checked and only install the Graphics driver and the PhysX driver.

Did everything you said but it still crashes. I hope it isn't a hardware problem. Also updated the DM log

It was just 1 thing I suggested that had to do with the crashes
Please tet your memory to rule it out

Diagnostic Test

 RAM TEST

Run MemTest86+ to analyse your RAM. MemTest86+ - Test RAM - Windows 7 Forums

   Note

MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.

If the memory test has come clean, zero errors, please try the clean boot method.

Diagnostics Test

 Clean boot

Please try the following:

• Open taskmanager
  • Go to the tab startup
  • disable everything
• Search msconfig and open it
  • Go to the tab services
  • Check 'hide microsoft services'
  • Uncheck all other services
  • Click apply and click ok
• Reboot if asked

See if the problem persist, if the problem does not persist enable in the startup tab in taskmanager 1 item and in the services tab in msconfig also 1 service, reboot and see if the problem persist. Keep doing this until you find the culprit or there is nothing left.
If the problem still persist, try booting in safe mode and see if the problem still persist

currently running the memtest and it found some errors, Do I have to worry about it?
Btw I used my Phone to make this.

Yes, it means you have either a bad stick or a bad slot.
Stop the test and test each stick in each (used) slot separated from the other sticks to determine if it is a bad stick or a bad slot.
If you don't mind, please let me know what the results are.

Ok will need some more time then but it is worth the time I guess. And I don't know how it could be bad hardware, it isn't a year old (luckly still under warranty)

The age only matters to say if it is faulty or failing.
A few months old memory module is faulty
A few years old memory module is failing, that is the only difference.

When you bought it doesn't say anything about its quality.

The test are done and sadly enough it's one of my mortherboards ram sockets, hope I don't have to buy a new one.
This may also be a solution to another problem I had, windows said there was 16GB installed but only 11.9GB availible, now it says the same only there is now 12GB installed. Hope it won't crash as much as it did before

Played some games and a stress test of both cpu and gpu, and so far no crashes now I only have to contact asus about the ram socket issue. When there are no crashes till sunday this will probably be fixed.

It is not recommended to use a motherboard with faulty parts, but you can use the motherboard without the faulty slot.

Currently using every slot unexcept the bad one, contacted asus if they would repair it because it's still under warranty and I guess that slot never worked (problems started to come when I upgrade my ram from 2x4GB to 4x4GB). Till now no crashes yet , guess that's a good sign. Will mark this thread as solved once i'm sure there are no crashes any more.

Honestly I would hope for a replacement if it was my board.
I don't have a computer, but my brother does. He had a defect socket what caused the computer to not start at all, just trying it 5 times and then give up. He had send the motherboard back, thought he could choose to get a replacement or let it repaired but he didn't get a choice at all. So he had to wait 2-3 weeks before he could finally use his computer again because he had to wait for the motherboard to get repaired and send.
