How to make Windows Explorer to show a column view?

Hey guys,
Lovin' 7 - 64bit here. Question though. In the spirit of liking how OS X Finder (windows explorer counterpart for the mac) works, I'd like to see if there's a way to manipulate windows explorer to show via column view. See screenshot.

Any ideas, other than using an outside file manager like UltraExplorer?

How to make column widths in Explorer much, much narrower
G'day everyone Is there a way to reduce the column width in Explorer to something less than 80 pixels? Some of the columns contain information that can safely be displayed in 50 pixels or even 30 pixels, and I would prefer to use that wasted space for other columns (e.g. the Name column). ...
