A small tool for customizing Windows 7 logon this tool alows changing settings in UIFILE like moving user list, changing images margines, etc...

Debug bug:
i forgot to remove some messages boxes they apper awhen you press apply button for background just ignore them and also there is a problem with background applying images that are larger than 1.5 MB are not properly resized and they wont work

Subtitle workshop issues.
I tried to use Subtitle workshop 2.51 (because the new 4.0 version doesn't work at all) but allthough this worked fine in win xp sp3 it seems to have several issues in Win 7. 1/ Video isn't allways showing in the video preview window. 2/ Subtitles are showing weird unrecognized symbols...
