    Starfleet Command-Orion Pirates won't run

    I was able to install SFC Orion Pirates but while loading the game to run, I get the following message:

    Unhandled Exception!
    tPerformanceCounter::TimeSinceStart
    tThreadPool::Heartbeat
    tSfcApp3d::mHeartbeat
    tMyApp::mHeartbeat

    I'd appreciate any help.

    Try running it as Administrator and running it in compatibility mode for Windows 98.

    SFC Orion Piratens won't load-unhandled exception error

    SlasherIT,
    Tried running as administrator and with Win 95/98 compatibility, alas, no luck.
    Any other ideas?

    SFC Orion Pirates won't run

    SlasherIT,
    Thanks for the suggestions. However, I use a dial-up connection and it would take
    6-8 hours to download each driver. Is there a faster way?
    I have DirectX 11. Isn't that the most
    recent vers.

    Follow the link, there are some post that may be of use to you.

    Wouldn't it be great if Windows 7 could run SFC 1, SFC 2 and SFC 3....
