    I'd certainly prefer if there were a built-in feature for this as well, but UltraMon works fairly well as a 3rd party fix.

    What's so bad about multiple taskbars? In fact, a long time ago, I wondered how I could <i>get</i> this.

    I think you completely missed the point - the point being that Windows *still* has not native support for multiple taskbars on multiple monitors....

    Obviously, we *want* them, so obviously there is nothing bad about them....

    Hmmm, just been looking at some of the aforementioned solutions - namely the free options and noted that DisplayFusion's FREE offering for Windows 7 does NOT inclued TaskBar spanning! (see --> DisplayFusion ~ Version Comparison) .

    With the exception of MediaChance Multi-Monitor (MultiMonitor TaskBar), are there any other GOOD, Free Multi-Monitor Taskbar apps out there? Personally, I'd like to see Native Support show up in Windows 7 SP1...
