    Library issue

When I open up a Library I like to type the name of the folder or file that I am looking for. I want Explorer to jump to folders before files but it does the opposite for Library folders.

How can I make Explorer scan over the names of the folders before it starts scanning file names?

Additionally, if anyone can think of a better way to ask my question, please let me know as I know the question can be worded better.

In Libraries you can go to search then choose "Kind" and then choose "folder" which will narrow your search to folders rather than files.

I'm not talking about Search though. When you open an folder in Explorer, you can just start typing the name of a folder and Explorer should highlight the folder with the name you have typed. In non-Library folders Explorer quick-navigates to folders first then files. In the Library folders for some reason the opposite occurs.
