    Boot Mgr is missing

I've tried to run the Windows 7 CD to repair but it does see any operating system or recovery points, is there another way to get my computer to start up?

I got it to the system recovery options and its been on start up repair checking for problems for about 10 minutes or so, is that normal? When I try to cancel it won't allow it. I'm not sure what to do next.

Any idea why this bootmgr is missing in the first place?

No idea, that`s why I asked you. Your saying you just turned on your pc and it gave you the message ?

Bootmgr generally goes missing if you delete the System Reserved Partition. Did you do that?

Please post a Screenshot of your hard Disk that has the OS on it.

       Information
Boot up using the Startup Repair CD or Windows 7 DVD. (not the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Disk) If you have a Netbook, you will need a CD/DVD drive.
NOTE: Make sure no USB drives are plugged in.
Do not use a USB Pendrive for Startup Repair.

    Do a Strartup Repair:

Note: You may need to do startup repair 3 to 4 times.
