    RUn a full scan with Malwarebytes, in Safe Mode if necessary.

    Next run SFC -SCANNOW Command.

    REplace MucAfee with Microsoft Security Essentials.

    Run a Clean Boot by turning off all Startup items except AV in msconfig. Startup Programs - Change. After reboots check back for any which have written themselves back in to turn them off at startup in their program preferences. Then turn off everything in msconfig>Services except AV after Hiding All MS Services.

    If these fail, work through the rest of these troubleshooting steps

    Boot the Win7 installer and follow these steps to Clean Install Windows 7
    or Clean Reinstall Windows 7 Factory OEM

    Do you need to rescue your data? Copy & Paste - in Windows Recovery Console
