You're welcome.
We'll see what Noel finds in the MGADIAG and go from there. He's a busy guy, so give it a little time.

The installation is counterfeit - an ACER OEM_SLP Key on a retail Gigabyte motherboard, enabled by a hacker's Activation exploit.
You need to reformat and reinstall using legitimate media and Key.
That is a bummer. When I bought this (he and his wife said they were gamers and they had 2 of these towers so my brother and I bought both) they said it had valid Windows 7. They fired them up and they ran good, fast, so like I said we bought them, trusting these people. They were nice people living in a nice house, etc etc. Guess we were lied to. Feel like we got scammed and feel (even more) stupid.
At least right now, after uninstalling all ASC/Iobit software, and cleaning system as per post, now running MSEssentials, MalwareBytes, CCleaner, Adwcleaner, computer is running real good.
thanx so far

Bizze have you install a legal copy of Windows 7?
If so could you please post another log so Noel can take a look and see if their are any problems that might bother your system later.
I have not yet received my legal copy of Windows 7 yet, still waiting.
