windows cannot find

i have same error
i click on see more results, a message box appearedwindows cannot find 'search:query=run',,,,,)
this error appeared when i updated a language pack on my windows 7,
i ghost my OS, it not happened in first time of using, i will check it againand reply

rebooting don't resovle it, i tried
