I just stopped using FireFox and I'd like to know How to block flash banners, ads and popups.

I think that this discusion is agains the rules:

19) No discussion of ad blocking software - Websites cost money to run and blocking ads is no more than theft of service, if you dont like a sites ads then dont use the site.
