IE9 and Popups

I downloaded the IE9 & most things are OK. The one thing I don't like are the security popups that appear on the bottom of the screen. Can they be eliminated:rolleyes::rolleyes:

It's my biggest complaint. Completely irritating and nearly constant with every page load.

Well one (stupid) way of getting rid of them is to turn off every IE security feature :/

The XSS warning I can do without completely, others I might want (such as the blocked pop up one) but they need to be much less intrusive, like under a single security icon at the top that turns red to notify you that there is something to look at IF you want to.
