run your PC in "Save mode" and try deleting them then.

I notice from your screenshot that the Videos folder does not show in the left hand panel under "Libraries" Is there a reason for this? Also have you scanned with Anti Malware as suggested above?

You may try using the command prompt. If it helps you to know examples, this is how I deleted some "undeletable" files today.

First, you must identify the actual folder in the directory tree where the files are. This is not the libraries folder - since libraries are just links, not physical folders.

Second, run the command prompt as administrator and navigate to the said folder.

Here you can try two different things. If there is nothing else of value in this folder (or you don't care to keep the other stuff, or you simply move the stuff you want to keep elsewhere) then you can delete the whole folder by going one level up in the directory tree and then typing

rd /s foldername

where foldername is the name of the folder to be deleted.

This is what I used today after I failed to remove certain files by all other means including safe mode, hidden admin account and what not.

You may also try to delete the files within the folder in question by typing

del /f /s filename

This should work as well, although that's not what I did earlier today.

Now, after noth commands the system will ask you for confirmation, so type y and hit enter.

This should solve your problem, at least in my experience it works.

Excellent advice from unifex but in this case as I understand it, the folders in question have no name and cannot be located so the path to them is unknown!

backup your files first if you want to do format, and make sure your files in the right place then do format.
