New Case:New Questions

So I recently bought a new case and some other parts for my desktop which has not been used since I got back from school at the beginning of summer. I've wanted to make it operable again so I've decided to upgrade it a bit and get it back up and running.

Case:
Corsair 600T Graphite Series

Other Stuff:
Corsair H70 CPU Cooler
Corsair AX850 PSU
Lite-On 24x DvD Reader/Writer
Lite-On 18x DvD Reader
AeroCool Touch 1000 Display
Rosewill 3.5" All in 1 Card Reader



Questions:

1. Where should the heat sensor be placed on the H70 for the most accurate temperature reading?
2. The 600T originally had one 200mm intake in front, one 120mm exhaust in back, and a 200mm exhaust on top. I oriented the push/pull system with the H70 to pull air in from the rear, will this cause problems/be ineffective?
3. The 600T has a fan control on it already, I got the AeroCool Touch 1000 mainly for the temp display. What would be the best way to control the fans with both the cause controller & the AeroCool Touch 1000?
4. Should/Could additional fans be added? (Without knowing this case you might not know)
5. The drive bay grates don't have a cut out for a Card-Reader, will it just not be of use unless Corsair makes a grate with a cut-out?
6. Something I'm not remembering at the moment.

At some point within the next week I'm ordering two ASUS GTX460 Graphics Cards to run in SLI, I'm just waiting to get some returned items credited back before I do.

Any comments or suggestions are welcome. I would have posed in a different thread but it seemed my questions spanned two or three so I figured here was my best bet.

Well it is clear you are building one hell of a nice system and congrats and please take tons of pictures along the process and post for us to see.
1) the sensor is going to be a mute point as it is only going to give you either case/intake air temps or exhaust temps out the radiator. I like my H50 push pull set up to intake case air and exhaust it out the top of my case which I feel promotes the best air flow and nets me great core temps. I notched a little groove in the fan body to allow the sensor wire to not be pinched too hard and stuck the sensor in the radiator fins and set it with a small drop of glue (overkill).
2) As above statement your going to have to experiment with this but I think you should try intake case air and exhaust out the back or the top if possible !
3) Fan controllers galore, I like fan controllers but they tend to be much more important with lesser quality fans. I had my controller running Ultra 120mm fans and I liked it, then I went with all Noctura's and what a difference now there really is zero need to slow the fans down as they are so quiet. Point is get great fans to start ! Lights and controls are cool to look at......woooo woooo !
4) Yes where possible add more fans as with your SLI set up it will need lots of cool air coming in !

6) Can't comment on this as my powers of telepathy are not as strong as they were ?

That case cannot accept more fans. You could modify the case, but I think that's probably not what you want to do. The best thing probably to do is keep intake in the front, exhaust out the back, as that will blow air across your cards as well as move air through the case.

That should help out, as the OG said. Look around, as there might be a mesh one, if you like to continue style themes

The most accurate temperature reading would be between the cooler and the cpu. As this is not possible, the best place would be right next to your CPU.

I figure I'll do the same, I would have it exhaust out the top but then I would have to take out the 200mm fan and add another 120mm fan, which would provide less airflow.
Yeah I guess it was more of a "bling" type of thing than anything else in reality. There are not many fan mounting options on this case unfortunately.

I figured with the air intake coming in the front and rear and then exhausting out the top would work, was not sure how else to mount the H70. I could modify the case but I guess I'd rather not.

I guess on the radiator fin would be ideal but the next best thing would be the exhaust fan area.

The Startech one seemed fine, just wish it wasn't plastic.

I don't mind the plastic, just a lot of the reviews said it was kinda "junky plastic" but what plastic isn't?

Edit:Is there a mounting tray I would need since it is kinda suspended in the middle of the drive bay? My old case has something like that so I figured I'd ask.

Right now its oriented so that it will intake air from the rear and then (in theory) exhaust right out of the top. At least that was my thinking.

As long as you have the front fan oriented for intake, you might be getting enough air across the video cards. They will be the hot point in the system, from what it sounds like.

This should work really well. My only concern is if the push of air from the H70 will negate good air flow from the front fan into the case and the all important GPU card. Use a good program like SIW and you can monitor your temps and then if....if needed you can switch the H70 to a exhaust if needed. Not likely you will and that H70 should cool like a mad dog. Hope your taking pictures, please post when your done and up a running !
Not sure what to do with the 3.5" adapter, it would seem that Corsair would have this available as an option and it would have the side panels to allow the device to mount to the standard rails. If this happens you may find it cheaper and easier to just order a full size combo card reader and be done with it, even if you pick up an unwanted floppy drive?
