the Disk Management program can't manage (extend/shrink/etc.) FAT32 partitions.
I don't wish to format NTFS and extend/shrink/etc. an NTFS partition, I want to maintain and alter a partition in FAT32, because my older computer can't read NTFS partitions, and I want it to recognise a partition on this external drive.
is there a third party program that works on Win 7 which can give me this ability?
alternatively, can the "exFAT" system offered in Disk Management be read by WinME, or is it quite different to FAT32?
