You might want to check the DVD disk, it could have scratches or fingerprints on it. Does it work on a stand-alone DVD player? Hi mbm, welcome to the forums. You might want to check the DVD disk, it could have scratches or fingerprints on it. Does it work on a stand-alone DVD player? Jeff

It sounds like WMC might just be running a 'Preview' of the DVD. I'll look more into it & try to get back to ya.

Unplugging it and dvd plays flawless. Any ideas what can be wrong. Playing from HDMI works. My Computer My Computer OSwindows 7 x64
