From another site (you should try google)

since the 32nm Clarkdale-based CPUs are going to have onboard video on-chip, there's no chipset currently with onboard video and it's not available on any current CPUs. If your mom needs a computer right this very moment with onboard video, I'd probably go with an AMD Athlon II X2 system and a motherboard with the AMD780G chipset

What would be a good power supply for this?

I would suggest this: Newegg.com - Thermaltake TR2 W0070RUC 430W ATX12V V2.2 Intel Core i7 Compliant Dual 80mm Fans Full Cable Sleevings Power Supply. If you're just going to use the onboard video with the onboard audio, a hard drive and DVD Drive, then this should suffice. It runs decently, I've installed it on many PCs and it definitely lasts quite a good while. Still haven't had one go out on me in over 3 years, which is not bad.

If you plan to upgrade to higher end components some time, you might look into getting a higher end power supply such as: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182070
