Win7 -> WinXp with internet by crossover cable

Hi

I saw few topics about smillar thing but im in bit diffrent situation.
lets say i have:
Card A in pc (win7)
Card B in pc
Card C in notebook (WinXP)

A is connected to my ISP, B is connected with my notebook using crossover cable with C.
I cant make them work. My notebook seems fine with this, sees my pc, can ping to it, cant access tho. My pc see connection but pings timeout and im stuck here.

Could anyone explain me or give good link how should i set things in this case? Also on which connection i should check "allow other users to connect by internet connection from this computer" in A or B-C?

Note: i would like to hide Notebook from my isp view if its possible

I am assuming you shared the card A & B, right?

Are you using homegroup? It is designed for win 7 only networks and uses IPv6. XP uses IPv4. If you are you can create a new network connection using "workgroup" instead of homegroup.

Try bridging connections A & B. Highlight both and right click them, then select Add to Bridge.

I'm sorry. I should have explained myself better. I was in a rush before. When in network and sharing center, go to Change Adapter Settings. Select both connections and select bridge connections. I hope this works for you. I have done this before to provide internet to my Xbox 360 until I had the time to run a etthernet cable from my router to it and to provide internet to an XP machine temporarily.

my ISP dont allow that. im loosing my web etc connecition when i bridge them

Windows 7 (Desktop With two LAN cards)
Click on start button,
type network and sharing center
click on network and sharing center that appear at top of search result,
in opened window left pane click (CHANGE ADOPTER SETTINGS)
Set Both LAN Cards IP Address To (Obtain an IP Address Automatically)
Select both LAN Cards And Right Click Then Click On Bridge Connections
After This
In Laptop:
Set LAN Card IP Address To (Obtain an IP Address Automatically)
Wait For 5 To 10sec
Restart Your Windows XP Installed Laptop, Then Check your Laptop Connected To Internet.
If Not You Have To Give Manual IP Address, Default Gateway, Preferred DNS Server, Alternate DNS Server
