Do i really need it as Ms VM is already installed?

What will be the change...while surfin' couldn't see any difference, it is installed on my Xp boot because SP3 pack have deleted MsVM

yes, that's what i know on my Xp but though virtual machine on W7 was better integrated...I did not tried yet oOo 3.1 on W7.:confused:

I'm looking for the oOo 2.4 because it is integrated to IE8, not v3.1

OpenOffice install java for it's own purpose, it is provided with.
