Please help, I just upgrade RAM on my laptop (3GB to 4GB), replace one 1GB with 2GB stick with the same specs but for some reason, windows 7 start getting BSOD after wake up from sleep. I ran the tool but could not find the output folder Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2 in my documents (also check with search in windows explorer for the whole system) even though it did open cmd screen and ran a lot of diagnosis, auto open my user folder with document folder highlighted. So what I have in the zip file is dump folder and PERFMON_report.html
