Well you are in training mode so I wouldn't expect too high a score. I bet you score better in safe mode which is what I would use.

Norton AV 2011
Comodo Firewall D+ in Training Mode

Comodo Training Mode is used to allow all programs to run on a known clean computer so that Defense+ can learn them, but as Maximus7 pointed out Defense+ should be set to Safe Mode for testing or normal use. Most people also get a better score with the Sandbox disabled which allows Defense+ HIPS full reign over the desktop.

EchoX860- Are you saying that with the Sandbox disabled and Defense+ in safe mode you got exactly the same score as before with Defense+ in Training Mode and with the Sandbox enabled on the leak tests?

There should be a huge difference between the CLT scores of Defense+ in Training Mode and then in Safe Mode! Norton has become known for low Leak Test scores over the years have you tried disabling NIS and performing the Leak Tests to see how Comodo Defense+ in Safe Mode does on its own?

yes comodo fw and norton av is safe. if you want a perfect score on comodo leak test, change comodo status to Proactive Mode.

Yes you are safe, but try running the Leak Tests again in Proactive Configuration as CanIHaz suggested and let us know if your score improves or not.

Proactive is a configuration for Comodo Defense+ HIPS and should not have a negative impact on Norton which does not use a Host Intrusion Prevention System.

i do not use comodo firewall anymore. when i used comodo fw, to pass all the leaktest, you gotta put it on proactive mode by right clicking the comodo icon on the system tray and switch it to proactive.

It depends on what level of computer security you want because there's a big difference in both cost and protection rendered.

I removed Comodo as well and restored back to a system image. I thought that it was just going to be a firewall but it had some sort of process blocker and sand boxing etc that made programs like photoshop stop functioning. Lightweight firewalls are good, just your simple allow/disallow access.

i personally use look n stop firewall right now. very light weight and a pure firewall without hips.
