How to Stop Magnifier from Starting on each Boot

I had occasion to use the WIN 7 magnifier recently and now it starts on each Boot Up.

I can't find it in msconfig in order to stop this happening as I would have done in XP.

How do I stop this App from starting each time the PC is booted, please ?

Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Ease of Access Center\Make the computer easier to see

You probably need to uncheck Turn on Magnifier, if it is checked.

Open the "Ease of Access Center" in Programs > Accessories > Ease of Access and check your settings after clicking "Make the computer Easier to See":
