BSOD - ntoskrnl.exe - unable to figure out

I tried downloading the debug and symobls and it kept getting error that the symbols arent correct, blah blah so i'm unable to figure out what's causing my BSOD.

I moved my computer last weekend from my house to my gf's (where im moving too) and apparently my pc is trying drop hints. it never had problems at home and now it constently crashes or gives me a BSOD.

Attached are 3 dump files. if someone can give me some direction towards what it could be that would be great!

I did try reinstalling my usb gaming headset that has builtin sound since the audio did drop out a few times while on the computer. Still get BSOD. did a disk check, but i have an SSD so im sure its not that. Did a scan for viruses, came up clean. Also my mouse stopped working for a few seconds once too. Wondering if its my motherboard... Cant figure out what's causing it.

memory exception caused by asacpi.sys (2005)

The 2005 version of this driver is a known BSOD cause.
Please visit this link: ASUSTeK Computer Inc.-Support- download_item_mkt
Scroll down to the Utilities category, then scroll down to the "ATK0110 driver for WindowsXP/Vista/Windows 7 32&64-bit " (it's about the 8th item down).
Download and install it.
Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers to check and make sure that the ASACPI.sys file is date stamped from 2009 or 2010 (NOT 2005).

Run memtest to verify your memory

Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.


Just remember, any time Memtest reports errors, it can be either bad RAM or a bad motherboard slot. Test the sticks individually, and if you find a good one, test it in all slots.

Thank you I will try those things you mentioned and get back to you. One question? Were all 3 dumps related to the asacpi.sys ?
