There are many things you can do with VPC, I have XP, Win2k Server and Server2003. Will can only download XP and have to "install" the others, I know other people have gotten other OS to work too.

Check out these areas for more information its all been writen out so I wont repeat it.

In both places you will find TONS of infomoration and better writen out then what I can do here.

Yes, it is possible. If you can bear with me for a short while, I'll respond a bit later with details. I'm at work now and don't have access to a Windows 7 machine.

another question.
Does WVPC support 64bit virtual OS? I'm looking around in the options but can't seem to find it. Looks like i gonna have to download the 32-bit version.

As far as I know, VPC currently only supports 32-bit operating systems.

One of my favourite new features though is the ability to use USB devices in the virtual environment. I haven't played much with it yet, but I'm hoping I'll be able to use my Canon Lide 20 scanner (for which I cannot get 64-bit drivers) inside Windows XP Mode. I'll be checking this out later today when I get back from work.
