Played game - crash - reboot ; failed - safe mode crashes - boot fails

Back home.
I can't run Furmark with the 64mb card, it gives an error saying it requires an OpenGL 2.0 compliant graphics controller. (Wow this card is really old...)
How do I run an OCCT power supply check?
It's running the Prime95 blend test as I type this. Will post results soon.

EDIT:
21:08; Test Started
21:25; Self-Test 640K passed!
It's already further than it got with the suspect GTX. But I'll let it continue testing for a while anyway.
Edit 2:
21:41; Self-Test 8K passed!
Continueing testing...
Edit 3:
21:57; Self-Test 720K passed!
Stopped it and going to run 'In-place large FFT's' test since it says it tests power consumption, so I guess this is the PSU test.
21:59; Test Started

Download OCCT and run their power supply test, it is one of the tabs on the left. Just click the tab and hit go.

It just made some sort of duck-like noise (WTF lol) and said 'CPU too hot!'. It didn't crash or anything though. It opened a folder of graphs, I've zipped them up and attached them.
What's the next step? Or can a conclusion now be drawn?

I hope you were not running both tests at once! Make sure you run just the OCCT power supply test (go ahead and do it again) and let me know what happens.

Nah I wasn't running both tests at once, I stopped and closed Prime95, then started the OCCT power supply test, and that's what happened. It closed after saying it was too hot.

Ah, this is making sense now. It sounds like your CPU might be overheating, which would cause the crashes.
Run Prime95 again, and download RealTemp to watch your CPU temperatures. Let me know what they are idle and at load.

Downloaded RealTemp, at Idle the temperatures hover between 27 and 29.
Now running Prime 95 In-place large FFT's test, soon as it started it jumped to 55, then started climbing. Still at Test 1 and already at 76 degrees now. As I type it went to Test 2, 79 degrees now. Is this normal? o.O

EDIT:
Selft-test 448K passed!
Top temp: 81 degrees
Continueing testing...
EDIT2:
All tests are passing and it isn't getting over 81 degrees.

That sounds like it got a little hot, but idle was good. You might consider getting a new heatsink.

Got the new cooler today, but for whatever reason the plug on it (it doesn't have screws) wont properly go into the motherboard holes. After a lot of swearing I decided it's not worth the frustration anymore. I've ordered a new ' bigger & better ' pc. Should last me quite a bloody long time considering the specs. Will update my profile when I've got it for those interested. Thanks for all the help though. Even though the old machine doesn't work now (and in my frustration I pretty much made sure it never will again) I have learned solutions for possible future problems from you guys. Hope you don't consider me a waste of your valuable time now. I've reported the topic to be solved/closed.
