thanks for the reply. i already read that thread but i'm im not sure if i can do it because im not familiar with the other terms use like for example this one Imagex/info G:\Win7_32\Sources\install.wim. i need a much simplified explanation. sorry im really a newbie.
Well if its onekey recovery thats your problem, it does look from that thread you may have problems launching it since you have resized partitions. As for that imagex command, its meant to display info about the particular wim in the argument. Imagex is a tool that can be used to manipulate wim files, but wont advise you to go that way.
You can do a couple of other things. Use the win7 backup/restore tool to create a system image, you can restore from that in a jiffy. You can create an image right now or clean install windows and all apps and drivers and then do it.

Another thing, have you created recovery disks yet? Do it before you clean install.
