Blue Screen Error and Change of Screen Resolution

I have a Lenovo ThinkPad Edge 15. The problem I am facing now is The screen resolution changes by itself and after this, a blue screen error comes and computer restarts again. Please Help me on this..
Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate N (32 Bit)
Processor: Core i3

I have edited my thread. Please see and suggest me a solution if there is any?

I don't see any BSOD in your reports. Check to make sure you have mini dump writing enabled. Set MiniDump

You can also try updating to SP1 and see if that fixes the problem - How to update to SP1

Other than that, I would try uninstalling and reinstalling your video card drivers and see what that does.
