Solved Weird BSOD error in win 7 64 bit

I was on Facebook Sunday night when my computer started to run very slow I checked the CPU usage to find it was maxed out then about 4 minutes into it being maxed out I got a BSOD error that said this
"A clock interrupt was not received from a secondary processor"
0x00000101, 0x000...030, 0x000...0, 0xFF..., 0x000...03
0x00000101, 0x000...030, 0x000...0, 0xFF..., 0x000...02
I looked this up and found out there is some info about this error when running a quad core and only 1 or 2 web sites with a Athlon 64 X2 6400+ CPU and these web sites only showed that this guy had the same error and was asking the same question I am. I got this error Sunday night once then again today. Everything in my computer is new besides the CPU that's about 4 or 5 years old. Thanks for any help you can give I hope I get the problem solved but I got little hope since the other guy posted about this error over 2 years ago without it being solved.
Also after the first BSOD error after the computer restarted it turned on( hard drives, power supply and fans) but no picture after turning off the power supply switch the computer passed post then got to the bios screen the locked up. I had to turn off the power supply for 5 minutes then it worked fine.

To enable us to assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder.

The procedure:

* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.



To ensure minidumps are enabled:

Go to Start, in the Search Box type: sysdm.cpl, press Enter.
Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery Settings... button.
Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box (the 256kb varies).
Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.
OK your way out.
Reboot if changes have been made.

I tried to look for that folder called Minidump in the Windows folder but there is no folder called that anywhere on my system also I was able to disable the auto restart box but the other box was unchecked. Another I changed the Small Dump Directory from %SystemRoot%\MEMORY.DMP to %systemroot%\Minidump. It looks like for some reason my computer didn't save the error to file maybe cause the second box was unchecked. the box that was unchecked was called "Write an event to the system log" I just checked that box for the next time.
I just found the tech number for AMD so I will try to call them first thing in the morning to see if they know anything about this error.

The new CPU came in the mail today so I don't need anymore help with this one SOLVED
