What Can Intel HD Graphics Play

Hey guys i need some GOOD games to play but i dont want to buy them and not be able to play them because that has happened a couple of tims and it sucks.
My signature has my system specs on it and i already know that i can play->
Fallout: New Vegas, and Farcry 2.
I bought Metro 2033 but i havent tried it on this computer yet because i just got this one.
AND PLEASE DONT TELL ME TO GO ON " Can You Run it ". because that doesnt give you good results.

That is a "budget" machine, and not designed for gaming. You can find some reviews here;

There are a lot of reviews on the web.

"On-Board" or "Integrated" graphics solutions invariably have too many limitations for gamers.

I just thought if there are any other good games like Fallout and Farcry that i could play because if i could play those than i could play others like that.

Like the other guy said, laptops are usually limited in talking about games. The really best laptop for games are the Origin PC laptops, and of course Alienware. But since you have Acer, and you like Acer, I recommend the Acer Predator series of gaming computers. It is impossible to upgrade a video card on a laptop, unless you're changing the motherboard.

well ya see i just bought this laptop and as much as i would like to take that advice i just cant do that right now but i found this blog where this guy uses the same graphics card as me but instead of i5 he uses i3.
and he has tested a whole bunch of game and most of them either work on medium to high settings
and do any of you guys know i i can play high quality games with 3D Analyzer because ive been wondering if that actually works.

It is impossible to upgrade a video card on a laptop, unless you're changing the motherboard.

Some models will let you upgrade just the card (mine does), but the majority, like the OP's, do need an entire mainboard replacement.

It's not a performance boosting app, it simply 'tricks' games into thinking the integrated card supports features it actually doesn't.



Without actually buying a game, to see how well a game will run, your 3 realistic options are:

1. try a demo (if the game has one)
2. Rely on reviews (if games run poorly on mid/high end desktops you have no chance)
3. Naughty 'demos'

New and resource heavy games, like Metro, will simply be unplayable even on the lowest possible settings.

Crysis 2 - Good but im going to get it on PS3 for BETTER graphics
Dead Space 2 - Good
Mass Effect 2 - Good
Bulletstorm - Downloading
Homefront - Going to try
Bioshock 2 - Maybe
Borderlands - Have it on PS3
Singularity - Little bit laggy

but the only ones that seem good to me are marked above.

Even i got an old Acer Aspire 4500 series laptop (also a new Del XPS desktop) but here are the games that i played on my laptop:
Assassins Creed 1 & 2 (Work just g8)
Medal of Honor - Airborne
Call of Duty
Bioshock
GTA II,III

Halo 1 and 2, COD: Modern Warfare, Modern Warfare 2, Black Ops, Half Life 2, EP1, EP2, Left 4 Dead 1 and 2, Team Fortress 2, Counter Strike Source, Battlefield Play4Free, Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit (2010), Generals and Zero Hour, Sims (series), San Andreas, LOTR: BFME 1 and 2, Age of Empires (all).

You might need to play some of these games at a lower than native resolution, but generally you are ok, don't expect great graphics though. BTW, move Bulletstorm graphics all the way to lowest possible, except don't touch the resolution. Even gaming PC's are having issue's running this game properly with full graphics (what do you expect from a console port).

Yea thanks but i also have bought Fallout 3 a long time ago but my old computer just couldnt run the damn thing so i want to do it on this computer but i think theres a problem with it on windows 7. am i right?

mw3 should play well i just upgraded from a hp multimedia computer with integrated graphics. it was a 1 gb nividia card nothing special but was on the motherboard. besides that fact it ran mw3 all out no probs. so im sure that can run it mabey tuned down just a little
