The easiest way to burn music to a cd

Hi,

I like Windows 7 but I don't like WMP. In fact I have disabled it and now use VLC player.
What is the easiest way to take music from my Music folder and put it on a cd ? I tried using WMP and that was a joke. Is there a way to do it using Windows Explorer ?
Is it possible to insert a blank cd, open it as an extra driver and drag and drop music files into it ?

You can try the freeware program called CDBurnerXP CDBurnerXP: Free CD and DVD burning software

It works great for cd/DVD/iso/

as for using explorer, I only used it for burning a data DVD.

Definitely works with windows 7, I use it all be time. It is optimized to work with windows 7. As a matter fact when you are burning it will show how much it has burned in windows 7 taskbar (green gradient)
