On my phone at least, I have a feature called FND (Fixed Number Dialling)

What this basically does, is block all incoming and outgoing calls to anything except whitelisted numbers. Saves me so much hassle.

You got caller id service? If any of those numbers appear again, you write them down. Give your telco a call & request to block them.

Brilliant isn't it, I've been doing it for years. Mind you it depends what retailer you have up there we only have the one that does online shopping and delivery. We do have another one who delivers but you have to actual do your own shopping in the store and then they deliver and if you spend over a certain amount it's free.
