Can't hide updates?

4 updates will not hide and return whenever I check on updates. Is there anyway to hide them for good?

Sounds like they are already downloaded, if you go to,

C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download

and delete whats in that folder you should be able to hide them next time they pop up.

To hide an update, you right click on it without the box being checked.
Is that how you're trying to hide them?

Already tried Right clicking on them to hid. Will try the file delete.

I have found that I could not hide my updates because I made changes to the local computer account that I was using at the time, in Computer Management. I had to log out and log back in again so that I could actually hide the updates I wanted hidden.
