This media refresh includes the installation hotfix described in KB Article 2534111. No other changes have been made to the product.
Should integrate in ISO SP1 Hotfix KB2534111 previously released 24 February?

THANKS

What is the question? This release already includes both KB2534111 and SP1.

RT7Lite does not integrate properly the SP1.
Even without integrating SP1, with RT7 Lite, I noticed that the ISO W7 was not perfect.
For example, from what I remember the Tablet PC section is empty, as STIKY Notes ETCC ..
without disabling anything RT7Lite, inability to integrate the KB947821 that should not be required if you do a proper integration.

This is what Microsoft recommends

I remember that after integration with RT7 Lite
and checking the Windows Update
still reports the patch KB947821.

However, SP1 is not recommended for installation at slipstreamer
