Hi guys, for a while now I've been getting this and now I can't boot at all.
I receive the drivers irqc not equal to or less then error.... Here are my dumps and stuff.

I have no clue what to do, and i bought this computer in December and for what I need it for it's a necessity.... So I don't want to sent it back to Dell just yet.
Thanks in advance!
Also, I couldnt get perfmon /report to work.... Said that it couldnt find the path after starting performance monitor...

Is Windows 7 . . .
- x64
- Original Install
- Full retail version
- OEM

- 4-5 months
- Never reinstalled.

Two problems
Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%.

They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs.

Use this SPTD uninstaller DuplexSecure - Downloads

when you're done you can use this Freeware MagicISO Virtual CD/DVD-ROM(MagicDisc) in its place. MagicISO - Convert BIN to ISO, Create, Edit, Burn, Extract ISO file, ISO/BIN converter/extractor/editor

OR

SlySoft Virtual CloneDrive

these crashes were relatated to athrx.sys your networking driver. I would re-install it with the newest version

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (d1)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If kernel debugger is available get stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000010, memory referenced
Arg2: 0000000000000002, IRQL
Arg3: 0000000000000000, value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
Arg4: fffff880019135d6, address which referenced memory
