There's a new release for Adobe Flash Player, version 10.3.181.16. Just came out yesterday to correct problems with the original, 10.3.181.14. If you don't already have it, you can uninstall your old version using the official Adobe Uninstaller.

Give Revo Uninstaller a try and go for a deep scan to remove any leftovers.

what you told me to do on revo will that get rid of what is popping up everytime i go into facebook games

Nope. You need to do a System Restore to before any of this started.

A system restore was done .....yup..... A friend who is a computer tech came in to my computer via remote and did it for me
