I have the HX750 and the HX650. Theey are top quality PSU's. The TX models cables are fixed the HX models are Modular except for the 24 pin and 8 pin (2X4pin).

I don't know enough about power requirements for your video card. Corsair and most other Manuf. of PSU's have a calculator on their site. Go there and put your specs in. But, buy more than the requirement.

I don't know about the H100.

BTW, there is another model of Corsair PSU. It costs much more but is totally modular and something like 93% efficient. Their top of the line, It's the AX model their professional serise gold rated.

What didn't you understand about the article you linked to? Basically they are the same processor. The i7 has more cache and is hyperthreaded. The i7 will be more productive in areas where more cores are required ie. HD video editing and CAD operations. I don't think it helps in game playing. I don't know as I don't play games.

You are getting over my head right now. But as I understand it, they are both basically the same chip except for the hyperthreading and cache. I'm just guessing, but maybe the hyperthreading helps in a lot of areas but hurts in others. Again, that's just a guess.

UPDATE!
As a GFX card I can now pick either the ASUS GTX580 DirectCUII or the MSI Twin Frozr II/OC.

If you really want the story... I had an MSI Motherboard which had constand BSODs after replacing everything in the computer, it was narrowed down to the MB. I RMAd the NEW motherboard, they replaced it with a MB someone else had RMAd. It had more problems than mine did, but I expected a new MB. They refused. I called tech support(on my bill they don't have a toll free #). The tech rep said it was my fault the MB wasn't stable because I couldn't run the ram I had in that MB. I asked if that was true, then why is it on your QVL list. His response was OH!. His next statement was that my problem was I needed to upgrade my CPU. I told him that this was an AM3 socket, and I am running a PhenomII X6 CPU, and asked what CPU would he suggest. He hung up on me, and since then MSI has refused to respond to phone calls or emails. The MB died and is currently residing in the dump. That is the abbreviated version, but MSI has seen the last dollar they will ever get from me. YMMV. That story is the unabridged truth.

That's why I didn't tell the story the first response. You may have great luck with their card. Also, I am the last person you want to ask about video cards. But, that is my experience with MSI. The one thing I don't understand about that experience is, if they were going to send me a board someone else had RMAd, why did they keep my board for 6 weeks before they returned anything.
